Frequently Asked Questions About Our Pricing

What's the difference between Chat and Voice plans? Can I use both?

Chat plans bill by bot messages ($29/$99/$149 per month for 200/1000/3000 messages; overage $0.125/$0.075/$0.04 per message). Voice plans bill by call minutes ($59/$249/$599 per month for 200/1000/3000 minutes; overage $0.272/$0.224/$0.18 per minute). Plans are independent—you can use Chat only, Voice only, or both. Enterprise offers custom pricing.

How do you count one bot message and one minute? Are short calls billed?

A bot message is each reply sent by the AI assistant in chat. A minute is the actual connected call time. Voice calls up to 10 seconds are not billed. If you exceed your included amount, extra usage is charged at your plan's overage rate—as long as your organization has a positive balance.

What happens when I hit the limit or my balance runs out?

If you run out of included resources or your balance reaches zero, your AI assistants will temporarily pause until you add more credits. You can top up anytime. There's no surprise overage—your assistants simply stop until you reload. We'll notify you as you near your limit.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of your paid period. Unused balances carry forward.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). Enterprise clients can arrange invoicing and ACH/wire payments. All payments are securely processed.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits or educational institutions?
