Chat plans bill by bot messages ($29/$99/$149 per month for 200/1000/3000 messages; overage $0.125/$0.075/$0.04 per message). Voice plans bill by call minutes ($59/$249/$599 per month for 200/1000/3000 minutes; overage $0.272/$0.224/$0.18 per minute). Plans are independent—you can use Chat only, Voice only, or both. Enterprise offers custom pricing.
A bot message is each reply sent by the AI assistant in chat. A minute is the actual connected call time. Voice calls up to 10 seconds are not billed. If you exceed your included amount, extra usage is charged at your plan's overage rate—as long as your organization has a positive balance.
Your assistants continue only if your organization balance has funds. After you reach the included limit, additional usage is billed at the overage rate until funds are depleted. If the balance hits zero, service pauses until you add funds or change to a plan that covers your usage.

Workspace is $50/month with 1000 included minutes (overage $0.05/min). Workspace Seats are $18/month per seat. Workspace is billed separately from Chat and Voice—its minutes and seats don't combine with chat messages or voice minutes. Enterprise terms are available on request.
